Project Management tasks, experiential learning and activity based training programmes have all been used to develop the skills required for Managers and their teams to learn new skills, develop existing ones and to analyse their strengths and weaknesses.

RST Consulting is now delighted to be able to offer the environmentally conscious business the opportunity to have their training solution focused around a real project

RST Consulting has teamed up with The National Trust, to provide Environmental Teambuilding

This is an opportunity for organisations to develop their teams, and put something back. Each day will focus on the processes involved in working together as a project team, delegating responsibility and managing time, resources and communicating effectively. There will be a great deal of fun and excitement, and opportunities to review the activities, and relate the learning into the workplace

All this will take place through the carrying out of conservation work. The precise nature of the conservation work will depend on the schedules of the respective sites, but will definitely require effective team working skills, and provide opportunity to learn and develop the skills required for effective team working

Examples of previous work include:

• Drystone Walling
• Building Stock Fencing around saplings
• Bridge Building
• Hedge clearing

We believe that this programme provides an exciting and effective way to develop team skills, and will provide a great opportunity for development and fun.
